Meeting big goals requires collaboration, so we take a team first approach to our work. We are never afraid to call for all-hands on deck. And we are never afraid to hit pause for a round of Ping Pong, to go to Avvo’s weekly yoga class together, or to take a walk to Pike Place Market. We also make time for a bi-weekly company Happy Hour, when we open the beer and wine taps to celebrate what we’ve shipped and where we’re headed next.
