We are hiring SEC Reporting professionals to work on diverse and strategic projects for our Fortune 500 and pre-IPO clients.

Responsibilities (may vary from client to client):

 

 

    • Manage the coordination and preparation of all SEC filings, including forms 10-Q and 10-K, and the Annual Report

 

    • Perform complex analyses on the clients financial statements and operating results related to the preparation of periodic filings with the SEC (primarily Forms 10-K and 10-Q), including footnotes and Managements Discussion and Analyses

 

    • Assist in the preparation of other SEC filings such as Form 8-K and registration statements

 

    • Monitor new accounting standards, provide analyses, and drive implementation to comply with GAAP, FASB, and SEC regulations

 

    • Provide technical expertise for US GAAP and SEC regulations and draft technical memos illustrating guidance and conclusions

 

    • Establish and document accounting policies and procedures

 

    • Monitor the companys compliance with SOX requirements

 

    • Liaise with external auditors and internal auditors

 

 


Professional Qualifications:

 

 

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance

 

    • CPA with Big 4 background preferred

 

    • 5+ years of experience in an external reporting or public accounting role with a large multinational corporation and/or Big 4 accounting firm

 

    • Strong understanding of FASB, US GAAP, and SEC rules and regulations

 

    • Experience with XBRL and Workiva/WebFilings a plus

 

    • Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

 

    • Strong orientation to client service, time management, and project delivery
