Boys & Girls Clubs of King County (BGCKC) is the third largest major metro organization within Boys & Girls Clubs of America.  If you are passionate about youth development, love to connect with people, have a proven track record of results with youth and want to be part of an expanding Youth Development team, Boys & Girls Clubs might be your next big step!

BGCKC serves over 20,000 children annually in 29 Clubs through- out King County.  We operate an annual budget in excess of $20M, supported by 300+ dedicated staff.  Our programs operate year round and the HR team ensures that we have the qualified and dedicated staff to deliver on our mission.
