You have the unique opportunity to represent HALO as an employer that competes for talent on the national stage. While recruiting is your core responsibility, you will also be a key partner to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. In addition, you will help launch a new employer brand and activate it in the market with progressive campaigns supported by HALO's creative talent. Along the way, you will build relationships across departments and experience the HALO community of nearly 2,000 employees and 1,000 Sales leaders in 40+ sales offices and hundreds of home offices across the United States.

This role is dynamic, varied and challenging, and will involve supporting professional and senior level recruiting across the country. As a full life cycle recruiting role, you will be accountable for understanding the business, developing a proactive talent acquisition strategy, sourcing pipelines, crafting business-relevant selection processes, candidate support, coaching of hiring managers and acting as a brand ambassador for HALO.
