We are recruiting to fill a Senior Housing Inspection Manager position, based in Tukwila, Washington. This position is responsible for the overall management of a team of dedicated inspectors and administrative staff serving over 14,000 households.
The Senior Housing Inspection Manager is a hands-on leader who has exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate has proven ability to analyze, assess, document, support and present information and ensure rental units meet federal and local housing quality standards under KCHA’s and HUD regulation for HQS Compliance. This role will interact with the public (participants, agencies, owners/landlords) to present and provide education, training and interpret and explain program requirement regarding HQS practices with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues or disputes with landlords and participants.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary range is $101,386.00 to $153,093.00, with a midpoint of $127,239.00. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint. Salary is negotiable.
